All messages are sent strictly on the client’s behalf, in clear alignment with Twilio Trust & Safety, TCPA, and industry guidelines.2. Opt-In Process
Initiation: A prospective client calls the attorney's main office line.Forwarding: If the attorney does not answer, the call is transparently forwarded to a Causli-managed, dedicated Twilio toll-free number.IVR Disclosure:
